By accessing or using Ideacrawl at https://test.ideacrawl.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Ideacrawl ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, posting content, or simply browsing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Ideacrawl is an idea discovery and community platform that allows users to browse, submit, react to, and comment on startup ideas, product concepts, and creative projects. The platform is currently in testing/beta mode at https://test.ideacrawl.com and features may change without notice.

Core features include:

• Browsing and discovering ideas submitted by the community
• Submitting your own startup or product ideas
• Reacting to ideas (upvotes, saves, emoji reactions)
• Posting comments and discussion threads on ideas
• Subscribing to premium tiers for enhanced access, tools, or features
• Account creation via email/password or Google OAuth

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

The Service is not available to users who have been previously banned or suspended from the platform. Creating duplicate accounts to circumvent a ban is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at admin@ideacrawl.com
• Not allow any third party to access or use your account
• Not create more than one account per person

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure.

The Service offers authentication via Google OAuth 2.0 ("Sign in with Google") in addition to traditional email and password registration. By using Google Sign-In, you authorize us to access the basic profile information provided by Google (name, email address, profile picture) in accordance with Google's own terms of service and privacy policy.

Your use of Google Sign-In is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any acts or omissions by Google in connection with your use of that authentication method.

Ideacrawl offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Subscription details:

• Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select at the time of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified at least 14 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
• Free trials: If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly indicated. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

We do not store your full payment card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe and is subject to their security and privacy standards.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Refunds: We offer refunds under the following circumstances only:

• You were charged due to a technical error on our part
• You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not meaningfully used the paid features
• Applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a refund

Partial refunds for unused subscription time after the 7-day window are not provided. Refund requests must be submitted to admin@ideacrawl.com.

The Service allows you to post, upload, and share content including but not limited to ideas, descriptions, comments, reactions, links, and images ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the User Content you submit.

By submitting User Content, you grant Ideacrawl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and our business operations, including for the purposes of promoting and redistributing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit
• Your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party
• Your User Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation
• Your User Content is not false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or harmful

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to violate these Terms or to be otherwise harmful to the platform or its users.

Ideacrawl is a community platform. When you post an idea, react to content, or leave a comment, you understand that:

• Your submissions are publicly visible to all users of the platform unless otherwise indicated
• Other users may react to, comment on, or share your ideas
• Posting an idea on Ideacrawl does not constitute a patent, trademark, copyright, or any other form of intellectual property protection for that idea
• We do not validate, verify, or endorse the originality, legality, or commercial viability of any idea posted
• Comments and reactions are community-generated and do not represent the views of Ideacrawl

You are solely responsible for any idea, comment, or reaction you submit. Do not post confidential or proprietary information that you wish to protect — by posting it publicly, you may waive certain rights over that information.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or organization
• Spam, phish, or send unsolicited commercial communications
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without express written consent
• Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems
• Manipulate reactions, votes, or engagement metrics artificially (e.g., using bots or multiple accounts)
• Post content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Use the Service for any illegal activity or in violation of any applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund of any subscription fees.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality — including but not limited to the Ideacrawl logo, design, code, text, graphics, and interfaces — are and will remain the exclusive property of Ideacrawl and its licensors.

The Ideacrawl name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of Ideacrawl. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to Ideacrawl's intellectual property other than as expressly set forth herein. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, content), information collected automatically (usage data, IP address, cookies), and information from third-party authentication providers (Google).

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe may collect and process your payment data in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.

The Service integrates with and may contain links to third-party websites and services, including but not limited to:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Google — for OAuth authentication
• Analytics, hosting, and infrastructure providers

These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are solely between you and that third party.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDEACRAWL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content on the platform

As this is a test/beta environment, the Service may experience downtime, data loss, bugs, or incomplete features. We make no guarantees about uptime or data persistence during the testing period.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IDEACRAWL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Unauthorized access to or use of your account or data
• Conduct or content of any third party on the Service

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Ideacrawl in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €50 if you have not made any payments.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ideacrawl and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Any active paid subscription will be cancelled (no refund for remaining subscription period, except as required by law)
• We may retain your User Content for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons, but we are not obligated to do so

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at admin@ideacrawl.com or through your account settings. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay fees incurred before termination.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Ideacrawl operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ideacrawl's place of business.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a prominent notice within the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
