What does the amber highlight on a row mean?
It marks the metric with the largest spread within its dimension - the biggest point gap between your selected ideas, calculated separately for each of the 6 dimensions (Business Model, Market, Operations, Product, Growth, Risk). It's where the ideas diverge most within that group, not necessarily the single biggest number gap on the whole page.
Why can't I compare more than 3 ideas at once?
The diff table and radar overlay are both designed to stay readable at a glance - past 3 ideas, a metric-by-metric table stops being scannable. For a broader view across many ideas at once, use Opportunity Explorer's ranked leaderboard or Market Landscape's category/tag averages instead.
Why did one of my selected ideas disappear from the comparison?
It's shown as locked rather than silently dropped - an idea whose full Business Genome profile your current plan can't access appears in a notice above the table so you know it was excluded and why, instead of the comparison quietly running with fewer ideas than you picked.
Can I compare ideas that haven't been scored yet?
No - only ideas with an existing Business Genome score can be selected, since there's no 34-metric profile to compare otherwise. The search box only suggests already-scored ideas for this reason.
